You see rate of interest for loans is governed by RBI and no banker would like to charge less than what has been authorised by RBI. I have experienced that interest rates of loans in all the banks are almost same. They may or may not give some addtional service to the customer. Nevertheless, cooperative socities or cooperative bank can charge less. So try to find any cooperative bank near you.
