These are truly unnecessary problems that is being created. The text has no problems at all, if the information i got is true. The govt had send this book for a review to an international writer too. He also gave a positive feedback on the book.

These people are simply creating problems!!

yaa.. amitz27 is right...it is 100% crap.These are really unnecessary problems being created by corrupt politicians, they are mixing religion with politics.I can't believe that some teachers who are well educated are becoming preys to these politicians and going for a strike.Its a  shame for a state that claims 100% literacy rate. 

I too feel the same. the textbook is said to have content which would induce anti-religious thoughts in the minds of  school children and all these riots have been based on this notion. But if these so called theories of politicians were right then let me ask something, we have been learning a lot of history right and world wars too. So do any child form a gang and say hey guys lets do some crime and war and something of that sort. Does that happen. No. All these lessons are meant for the child to have thought of himself. It is to teach them to make decision of their own and learn to differentiate right from wrong. Even at mature age, if a person is feeling like to change caste or anything like that it is legal right. So why all these non-sense. They are just making a scene out of this. And they're forcing innocent students to be part of the agitation. This is too much in the name of politics and religion.
