What is the best time to go for BED? Is there any reason to do so?
Is there is any scientific reasons for going to bed with the dinner time?


lazy persone will tell you "every time best for bed" while workoholic person will tell you "sleeping is such a waste of valueable time"

But its good to go to bed after 2 hours you finished your dinner.
by this your stomach gets time to digest food you have eaten. going to bed on same time everyday also helps. following time dicipline sets biorythemic clock to work perfectly and resulting more healthy life.

there is also another thought and that is go to sleep when you feel sleepy. attend your body needs. that is also imortent some times.

The best time to go to bed is 2 hours after dinner. The thing is after having dinner, there should be some time for the digestion to take place. While sleeping digestion does not happen effectively.

Well, it will vary from person to person as per his physical need and age. I go to bed at 12 o'clock in the night. That suits me.

Go for bed only when you feel sleepy.
This is advised by pranic healers.
Avoid sleep during daytime.Sleeping during daytime can give you a lethargic feeling.You loose the enthusiasm if you sleep during daytime.
So dont sleep during daytime.Also wake up before sun rises.
