We had a terrible spambot attack in the site which created meaningless posts in the answer section. More than 1000 spam answers were posted in the span of 2 days.

As we complete our 1 month of operation we are bringing in a few changes and upgradations into Ask and Answer.

Stats

The Highest userpoint scorer of the month is Degr8. The moderators reported that the competition between degr8 and myfullneedscom was fierce but at the last moment degr8 came out the winner.

The final standings of the first five users are

degr8 - 804 points
myfullneedscom - 785 points
amitz27 - 279 points
Trsmd - 186 points
Online Guru - 160 points

The Answer Box will have a minimum word count of 25. It is made mandatory to have a minimum word count of 25 for every answer posted. So make sure that your answers are relevant and a bit descriptive too.

This have been introduced to reduce spam, do cooperate with us.

Stricter Policies

Due to increased detection of spamming, we are tightening our policies. We have brought in moderation, ie once you post a question or an answer it will be published only after it is moderated. The user points will also be added only after moderation.

The user points will be reset tomorrow morning between 6am and 9am IST. The resetting will be done to mark a fresh start to the Highest userpoints competition for the month of June. The point standing of the first 5 users at 12:00 am tomorrow will be displayed in the blog along with the point-list screenshot.
